Job Creation and Work/Business based training

Nomad Concepts Group identifies that in most developing countries approximately one third of the working age population in low- and middle-income countries lack the basic skills required to get quality jobs or they do have the skills but the opportunities for employment within sectors or industry are low, leaving them unable to achieve their full productive potential, limiting job opportunities, economic investment and growth. We have a distinct well-known focus on women in economy and we drive this and create women inclusion where ever we can, we are proud to have Nomad Concepts Group sitting at a 84% Female Employment rate over shadowing the male contributing percentage five times within the group companies. The challenges we face are further effected by a rapidly changing global economy that increasingly requires workers to be innovative, flexible and adaptive. Low skills and lack of job access perpetuate poverty and inequality. Skills development can reduce unemployment, raise incomes, and improve standards of living and on the flip side industry and investments will be more forthcoming if there is the working population to support such ventures. Helping young people develop skills to include Socio-emotional skill and Technical Skills makes economic sense.
