We can provide escrow services through our own paid/open two active escrow accounts based out of Florida USA, we can facilitate your transactions acting as a 3rd partie to include supporting corporate legal services. These legal concepts we offer, are usually describing a financial instrument whereby an asset or escrow money is held by a third party (Nomad Concepts Group Companies) on behalf of two other parties that are in the process of completing a transaction. Escrow accounts might include escrow fees that are managed by us where we hold the funds or assets until receiving appropriate instructions or until the fulfillment of predetermined contractual obligations. Depending on the transaction our Escrow services are usually amount 1-1.5% on fees.
